Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Dress Nepal, we ensure a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process:
1. Shipping Partner
- We have partnered exclusively with Nepal Can Move for all order deliveries.
- Vendors cannot select their own shipping provider as all shipments are managed through our integrated logistics system.
2. Shipping Time Frame
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery times vary depending on the location:
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: 2-5 business days
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: 5-10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight.
- Free shipping may be available for select orders during special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once the order is shipped.
- Tracking information can also be accessed in the “My Orders” section of the account dashboard.
5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If a delivery attempt fails due to the unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will make two more attempts before returning the package to the vendor.
- Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- We currently deliver within Nepal only.
- Remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited service availability.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours with images and details.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution accordingly.
8. Change of Delivery Address
- Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped. Contact customer support as soon as possible to request a modification.
